What we do
Rapid3D provides a 3D printing service. We print customer-supplied files. We do not design, model, repair or edit 3D files.

Consumer complaints
If you have a complaint about an order, contact us first at sales@rapid3d.ie with your order number. We aim to resolve issues directly and quickly.
If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) for information about your consumer rights, or seek redress through the courts.
