Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland only.
How long printing takes
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 to 4 working days of accepting it. This covers file review, printing, support removal, quality checking and packing. Larger or more complex prints may take longer, and we'll tell you before your promised dispatch date if that's the case.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
How long delivery takes
We send all orders by tracked An Post delivery. An Post aims to deliver within 1 to 3 working days nationwide, though this can be longer at busy periods such as Christmas.
Total time
Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days of payment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Once your parcel is with An Post, delivery timing is outside our control.
Cost
Tracked delivery within the Republic of Ireland is €7, charged separately and shown before checkout.
Free delivery on orders over €75
Orders of €75 or more, excluding delivery, ship free within the Republic of Ireland. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order leaves us. If you haven't received it within your expected dispatch window, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Delays
If a production problem means we'll miss your dispatch date, we'll email you before that date with a revised one.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address and Eircode carefully at checkout. We print the address you give us. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we can resend it but you'll need to pay delivery again.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the parcel, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant. We'll investigate with An Post and sort it out.
